'Black Satan' has revealed he plans to have his penis surgically split in half as part of his bizarre quest to become a "black alien". Anthony Loffredo (33) if you couldn't believe it, has already undergone a number of procedures next on the list he claims;

The Frenchman (33) has been dubbed "Human Satan", has covered himself in tattoos and piercings. Eccentric Anthony shared a picture of a drawing of a scrotum with two penises and said he has only achieved 43 per cent of his transformation.

Reactions on social media have been mixed. Some are intrigued while others are horrified left comments such as: "I want to see his face when he discovers that aliens are not like that" or "Seriously, what's wrong with this guy?"

Anthony, who has been enduring extreme body modifications for around a decade, has even braved having his eyeballs tattooed - despite the danger of going blind. He had both of his ears surgically removed in order to look more extra-terrestrial. This one disabled him. He explained in an interview that he cannot filter sounds without his ears. He's had his tongue-split too. Last year, Anthony travelled to Spain to have his nose surgically removed as the operation is illegal in his native country...and probably many others.

Aiming to look less human, he also had dermal implants put on his face, which gives his skin a bumpier texture as well as reptilian-style bumps on his forehead and chiselled lines across his cheekbones. Anthony's last procedure included chopping off his fingers to form alien claws..

He says he has a copycat admirer, Michel Faro do Prado (45) who also chopped off one finger and got a new creepy tattoo inked on his leg to honour the French influencer. Inspirational stuff.
